ABOUT BULWARK GUARD TRAINING SEMINARS
We have put together an excellent training program for candidates desirous of becoming private security officers. Our training program is developed with the assistance of the Private Security Officer Selection and Training Guideline of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS Int'l), and the Protection Officer Training Manual by the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO). You may go to www.asisonline.org and www.ifpo.org for further information. Added to that is the combined (sixty (60) years hands-on) experience of our Training Instructors (see profiles) covering a broad spectrum of security for residential, industrial, commercial and governmental establishments. Our aim is to produce security officers, equipped with the right tools in Asset Protection and Loss Prevention, and to be able handle eventualities in the performance of their duties, with the knowledge, skill, discipline and integrity that ought to be expected of all security officers. His security career started out in accounts auditing, and being the son of a Police Officer, it would appear that his crime-fighting genes propelled him to become a Security Expert today.
His qualifications include: Financial Accounting Diplomas from the Royal Society of Arts and from the Association of Accounting Technicians (A.A.T.). He also holds a Cost Accounting Diploma from the Jamaica Industrial Development Commission (J.I.D.C.) in conjunction with the International Labor Organization (I.L.O.) and a certificate from the American Society for Industrial Security (Jamaica Chapter).

(from the United States of America, one of the largest and most reputable security companies in the world) and Protection & Security Limited (Jamaica), with both companies forming a third company, Wackenhut (Jamaica) Limited. Needless to say, before Mr. Atkins could act in the capacity as Consultant to the United States company, aspiring to bid for the security contract for the United States Embassy (Jamaica), an extensive background check was carried out on him by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.).
The new company formed, subsequently won the bid for the contract for the United States Embassy (Jamaica) for five years initially, with Mr. Atkins in the role of Consultant to Wackenhut (Jamaica) Limited for the first two years of the contract.
